The purpose of the paper is to show identity of philosophical counseling by suggerting a concrete model of philosophical counseling on orderto healing the disease of mind. In section two I shall make a distinction between the disease of body and the disease of mind, and contend that the main object of philosophical counseling is the disease of mind. And I shall make a classfication of the disease of mind by the traditional fields of philosophy and discuss their features. In section three I shall suggest the teleological explanation of action(von Wright) as the two basis of my teleological model. In section four I shall give a case of philosophical counseling, which was after the teleological model and shall its characteristic and strength model.
